This trip, December 9, 2016, is my second trip to South America. In earlier years I have been to Bolivia and to El Peru. This trip will be into Quito then to Riobamba where I will create a home base and make day and overnight trips around the highlands going as far south as Cueca. It is also very likely that I will be going into the Amazon for a brief time.
The development of this blog will depend on whether I have wifi access with a PC along the way as well as on the quality of my handwritten notes.
